DaltexIT is an Authorised Service Partner to Unisys World Trade which provides cloud and infrastructure services, application services, business process outsourcing services, and high-end server technology. DaltexIT provides high quality IT support services to several Unisys clients in Egypt on Unisys behalf.

Site Recommendations

Once a contract is signed with a customer, our engineers visit the site, and submit a detailed site recommendation document to the customer.

Customer Training

Daltex provides extensive training courses for its customers. The training courses cover the customer requirements for operation, 1st line support, and management of the system.

After sales support and maintenance

Daltex is committed to provide the highest level of after sale services through a modern service center staffed with fully trained engineers and sufficient stock of all the required spares.  Technical support services are also provided by a team of professional system engineers. This is   of course augmented by strong back up support from our partners through their training facilities, repair facilities, problem solving and escalation systems, on-line support systems, and on site support when required. We support our customers in most cities in Egypt .
